This weekend: KMFDM, Bunker.404, Electrohurtz, and more

This weekend, the Atlanta Underground Club Scene is all about the music. From EDM and industrial events to a major live show, there are several great events to choose from.

The weekend kicks off with Bunker.404 (formerly Das Bunker ATL) on Friday at The Shelter. Guest VJ The Liar (Angelspit, The Basement Labs) will spin industrial alongside resident DJs Aesthetic and END: The DJ. The same night, EDM fans will want to head to Bass Faced at QUAD, when seven different DJs will play a mix of dubstep, drum and bass, house, and trance until 5 a.m.

Electrohurtz returns to Sidebar on Saturday with a St. Patrick's Speakeasy theme. VJ Anthony, DJ Evil-Z, and Doctor Q will spin electro, goth, and '80s, while gangsters and flappers dance along with the Go-Go girls. The Shelter will host an event with a completely different theme on Saturday from Mourning Star Atlanta: The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. The Four Horsemen will be played by four DJs bringing an "EDM apocalypse of biblical proportions," according to the Facebook event page.

All of these great events lead up to the grand finale of the weekend: KMFDM live at Variety Playhouse on Sunday. It has been years since the German industrial group has made it to Atlanta, and for the show to take place on St. Patrick's Day is the ooey gooey icing on a bad ass cake.
