The 2013 Bassmaster Classic is set for February 22-24 at Oklahoma’s Grand Lake. The Classic pits the best bass anglers against each other for cash prizes, all the while giving fans in Oklahoma and abroad (thanks to ESPN), some of the most exciting, head-to-head, fishing completion in North America.
Last year Chris Lane took the Classic in Shreveport’s Red River to claim the $500,000 top prize. Nipping at his heals were Greg Vinson, Keith Poche, Alton Jones and Ott Defoe. Ever present was one of the best anglers of all time, Kevin VanDam. If Classic history repeats itself, this Classic tournament will go down again as an exciting tournament for bass angling fans.
The Classic is not just for the tournament participants. This is the Superbowl of bass fishing. B.A.S.S has created a spectacle that is fun for fishing fans and families alike to enjoy. These are just a few of the reasons to attend the 2013 Bassmaster Classic in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
