Paulina Rubio is coaching the boys on "The X Factor" this season. The contestants for "The X Factor" have already been chosen and the top 16 spoilers were released on Sept. 19, 2013. Paulina picked Carlito Olivero, Carlos Guevara, Josh Levi and Tim Olstad as her favorites to win "The X Factor" in 2013.
The next step is for Paulina to coach her four boys on singing, style and stage presence. If the winner of "The X Factor" is one of Paulina's boys she will earn bragging rights. Meet the male contestants that will be working with Paulina Rubio this season.
Carlito Olivero is a 23-year-old from Chicago who works as a coffee barista. He sang "Stay" by Rihanna for his audition and says he aspires to become the "Latino Chris Brown."
Carlos Guevara is a 16-year-old boy with Tourette's syndrome from Lexington, SC. He sang "Gravity" by John Mayer for his audition.
Josh Levi is a 14-year-old boy from Fresno, Texas. Josh auditioned in Los Angeles by singing "Come and Get It" by Selena Gomez.
Tim Olstad is a 24-year-old from Minneapolis. Olstad was initially cut from the competition, but the crowd booed so loud that Paulina Rubio had to bring him back.
