Danica Patrick has become the first woman in history to win pole position for the Daytona 500, despite having to withdraw from the Nationwide race due to ignition troubles.
The Daytona International Speedway was home to a major crash in the racing world Saturday afternoon, with Kyle Larson's car hitting the catch fence. All in all, ten cars were involved in the crash. The latest reports say fans were injured as well.
