The top-five prospects in the class of 2013 still unsigned

 4. Keith Frazier (Dallas, Texas/Kimball)Keith Frazier, the 22nd best prospect in the class according to ESPN Recruiting Nation, has seen his stock rise throughout the 2012-13 season. The 6-5 shooting guard has eight schools -- Auburn, LSU, Memphis, Providence, SMU, Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech -- that he is still seriously considering.Frazier, a very good shooter, poured in 23 points in Kimball’s loss to Carter on Feb. 9. He is a high-level athlete and has the ability to get off particularly any shot as he possesses a quick release and deep range on his jumper.Frazier has visited Texas (Jan. 14) and SMU (Feb. 2-4) this year. He plans on visiting Texas Tech (Feb. 12-13) and Texas A&M sometime in the future.Favorites: The recruiting battle appears to be down to the four Texas-based teams. SMU, coached by Larry Brown, seems to have the upper hand though Frazier said he was impressed by his visit to Texas.3.  Aaron Gordon (San Jose, Calif./Archbishop Mitty)Aaron Gordon, the seventh best prospect in the class according to ESPN Recruiting Nation, threw a curveball to the three schools that were believed to have the inside track on his recruitment recently. On Feb. 1, Gordon announced that Oregon was back in contention for his services, a few months after cutting the Ducks from his list.The 6-8 power/small forward also has Arizona, Washington and Kentucky in his final four. Gordon has taken an official visit to Washington (Sept. 29, 2012), Arizona (Oct. 19, 2012) and Kentucky (Nov. 12, 2012).Gordon is very athletic and possesses big hops. He has great hands and a high motor. Gordon also hits the boards hard, excels around the rim and is a fine passer. However, he does need to add strength to his frame and improve his perimeter skills.Favorites: While Arizona and Washington were thought to be the favorites for Gordon’s services, the addition of Oregon may put everybody on equal footing. Though the guess is that Arizona and Washington has a slight edge over the Ducks. 2.Julius Randle (Dallas,Texas/Prestonwood Christian Academy)Julius Randle, the fourth best prospect in the class according to ESPN Recruiting Nation, has been out of action since the end of November due to a broken bone in his foot. Despite not being able to perform much this year, Randle still has a lot of offers from big-time programs.Randle, who made an official recruiting trip to Texas the weekend of Feb. 8-10, also has offers from Florida, Kentucky, Kansas, N.C. State and Oklahoma. He is scheduled to visit Oklahoma next weekend (Feb. 15-17). After Randle visits the Sooners, he will have visited all six of the schools on his final list.The 6-9 left-hander visited Kentucky (Sept. 15, 2012), Florida (Oct. 6, 2012), North Carolina State (Jan. 26, 2013) and Kansas (Feb. 16, 2013).Randle has a high-motor and likes to catch the ball on the block and face-up. He also attacks the glass hard and has the ability to get to the hoop off the bounce.Favorites: North Carolina State, Kentucky and Texas. Thad Matta (Ohio State) also saw Wiggins in person this season.Wiggins is very skilled and versatile, he has the ability to play shooting guard, small forward and power forward. Wiggins, who dropped 57 points on 24-of-28 shooting from the floor vs. Marietta College JV on Feb. 7, is averaging 23.7 points a game. Wiggins and Huntington Prep had their last game (Feb. 9) against St. Patrick’s (N.J.) in the PrimeTime Shootout postponed due to the blizzard in the Northeast.Favorite: Florida State.

Rysheed Jordan (Philadelphia, Pa./ Vaux Roberts)Rysheed Jordan, the 66th best prospect in the class according to ESPN Recruiting Nation, has been down to three schools – St. John’s, UCLA and Temple – for awhile but he doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to make a decision.The 6-3 point guard has a solid frame with long arms. He is a creator who likes to go north and south.  Jordan also has the ability to get his shot off when going east and west, due to an extremely quick first step. In addition, he is a solid on-ball defender.Jordan is currently averaging 26.3 points, 4.2 assists and 6.2 rebounds to go along with 3.2 steals a game. He is shooting 50 percent from the floor and 36 percent from beyond the arc. Jordan has scored in double figures 22 of the 23 games he has appeared in.Favorites: This is really a toss-up, as each of the three schools have seemed to be leader at one point during the recruiting process. A guess would be if he wants to be stay close to home, Temple will be the choice otherwise it will likely be UCLA.
