The Sun Valley Film Festival has announced its movie lineup for 2013. The feature film lineup can be viewed at http://sunvalleyfilmfestival.org/. Hundreds of film submissions were received from around the world. The 33 films selected will screen March 14-17th. These are the best narratives and documentaries that have been made from around the world. Sun Valley’s picturesque ski resort is the perfect backdrop for this intimate, boutique film festival. It is a one-of-a-kind experience you don’t want to miss this year.

Don’t worry about large crowds, sold-out wait-list lines for tickets, or parking hassles like at the bigger festivals. Sun Valley prides itself on providing its festival goers with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A major attraction to the festival is an event called “Coffee Talks” with industry insiders. One of the guests to this unique event is none other than Academy Award-winning actress Jodie Foster. These fascinating Q&A sessions are an opportunity to hear behind-the-scenes stories and discussions about Hollywood.

A new event that is planned on March 14th is a Screenwriter’s Lab hosted by writer-actor Will McCormack who wrote the Indie hit, ‘Celeste and Jesse Forever’ with Rashida Jones. This event is still accepting Screenplay submissions. The deadline is February, 15th. This is an opportunity for aspiring screenwriters to have their screenplays judged by industry professionals. The top three winners will qualify for free lodging and a table-read by professional actors. This event is a fun way to learn about the craft of screenwriting.
