Yesterday, Oct 13, saw the return of' The Walking Dead' on AMC with the first episode of season four. Along with 'The Walking Dead' premiere AMC also kicked off their Fear Fest of of horror movies to keep you in the October scary state of mind. Zombies are a hit theme again this year so if you're gathering your friends and family together to watch 'The Walking Dead' every Sunday for either a small get together or a full blown zombie feast then you need to feed the masses.
A new cookbook is being released on Oct. 22 that is the perfect for 'The Walking Dead' fanatics for feeding the masses either for a gruesome get together or even for your Halloween party. From the authors who also created 'Fifty Shades of Chicken' and using the pseudonym this time of D.B. Walker now comes 'The Snacking Dead'.
The book comes with 50 recipes, tips for turning out a terrific meal even when a zombipocalypse is looming in the background and of course tips for survival. Since the book is a parody expect play on names and puns for recipes like Sweetish Fleshballs, Nail Biter Chicken Fingers, Cold Blooded Ice Cream Bread Sandwiches and drinks like Bloody Walker. Cute huh?
On a twist to cookbooks and 'The Walking Dead' you also get to follow the story of everymom Pam and her backwoods hunk by the name of what else? Daryl. And while you're following their 'love story' and learning to create these gore inspired delights, 'The Snacking Dead' also provides great tips for surviving the zombipocalypse with tools found in your kitchen. Did you know that you could use your pizza shovel for more than pizza? Yes, according to “the Snacking Dead' it makes a great tool for killing zombies also.
