The people have spoken and our first ever The People’s Hotlist results are in! Xfinity TV customers were asked to vote for their favorite TV shows and movies during the past 10 days resulting in more than 20 million votes for the summer’s hottest programming.

• More than half of the 20+ million votes were cast for TV shows with serial dramas and reality shows leading the pack.
• Over the course of the event, 23 million hours of People’s Hotlist programming was consumed by Xfinity TV customers.
• Kids movies proved extremely popular as well, with more than 700,000 votes going to family hits such as Frozen, Despicable Me 2, and the Lego Movie.

3. 24: Live Another Day
Another eventful day in the life of Jack Bauer, who's in a race against the clock to save the world while simultaneously staying on the run from the CIA. Set four years after the '24' finale, the heroic agent-turned-fugitive puts his freedom on the line by coming out of hiding in London to try and prevent a major terrorist attack.
4. The Strain
A vampiric virus spreads through New York City. As the strain spreads, Eph, his team, and an assembly of everyday New Yorkers, wage war for the fate of humanity itself.
5. Bad Girls Club
Bonding and bickering occur when seven self-proclaimed 'bad girls' share a house in this reality series from the executive producers of 'The Real World.'
6. The Bridge
Two detectives, one from the U.S., one from Mexico, must work together to track down a killer who is operating on both sides of the border. Sonya Cross (Kruger) from El Paso PD and her Mexican counterpart, Marco Ruiz (Bichir), must work together to solve the case.
7. Love & Hip Hop Atlanta
Romance, struggle and competition amid Atlanta's music realm are charted in this reality spin-off from "Love & Hip Hop." Follow the girls as they live in Hip Hop fame.
8. America's Got Talent
A talent search from the producers of 'American Idol' features a variety of acts (singers, dancers, comedians, acrobats, jugglers and more) competing for fame and a million-dollar prize.
9. Under the Dome
A small New England town is sealed off from the world by an enormous transparent dome that inexplicably appears and forces the area's inhabitants to deal with the post-apocalyptic situation.
A New York City nightclub owner doubles as a drug kingpin to an elite clientele, which could hinder his attempts to turn his legitimate business into a wide-ranging empire.
