September is usually the month where movies start coming out that might become contenders for the Oscars. This month has a long list of movies coming out, thirteen in total, and looks to get us in the mood for Oscar season.

This month we have a lot of drama and thriller movies coming out, including some movies that show actors we love in roles we don’t normally see them in. Idris Elba plays a bad guy, Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader show their dramatic sides, and Julianne Moore plays a monstrous movie star.
