With the end of summer and the return to schools, colleges and Universities, the influx of visitors seeking the warmth and nearness to the blue Pacific Ocean has slowed to a trickle. Now is the time to come and enjoy the less crowded days of autumn, and here in San Clemente this means long sunny days, pleasant evening tempertures and spectacular sunsets.
The 'Spanich village by the sea' is a popular nickname for San Clemente, as is the "Western White House' refrerring to the days when Nixon was President, the city, however, has grown up since those days and expanded into one of Orange County's top seaside destinations where hotels, restaurants, bars, and wine cellars now offer the best reason for visitors to come. Along with the many events put on during the year, miles of walking trails and some of the best beaches in Southern California, visitors and residents are assured of lots to do.
The recommendations come from the recent "People's choice" survey, and include all facets of what the city has to offer - accommodations, restaurants, bars - and lots more. Check them out here then come and visit.
