Cacao Atlanta Chocolate Co. is a modern, upscale 3000 square foot chocolate 'laboratoire' and boutique nestled in Inman Park. They specialize in serving their clientele hand crafted chocolate artisan products. Cacao Atlanta is proud of it's Southern roots and makes each piece of chocolate with love and passion. They are a 'bean to bar' chocolatier that produces every chocolate product from the cacao bean. Their menu is complete with 75 percent dark chocolate bars, chocolate salami, truffles, vegan mint and peanut butter meltaways and more. Prices range from $3 to $25.
Chamberlain's has been a local chocolate shop favorite since 1986. Their mission is to provide their customers with "fresh, original, and fabulous tasting chocolate". They are known for listening carefully to their customers ideas and input, then creating mouth watering creations from the suggestions. Chocolate South is a chocolate boutique that focuses on using the finest and freshest ingredients. Amy Everett Stankus left her 20 year stint as an architect to become a personal chef an then a chocolatier. Today she creates small batches of hand crafted confections. Prices range from $22 to $50 for chocolate boxes.
The name diAmano means 'by hand with love' derived from two Italian terms. These gourmet chocolatiers offer a wide assortment of handmade chocolates including; hot chocolate, ganache truffles, nut barks, and more. They pride themselves on utilizing techniques that have been handed down over hundreds of years. diAmano's combines the best quality chocolate with natural and fresh ingredients. They also make a conscientious decision to purchase ingredients that are locally sourced. Prices range from $5.50 for a chocolate bar to $319.00 for a 192-piece specific truffle box.
While Dulce Vegan is not a chocolatier, they are 100 percent vegan cafe and bakery located in Kirkwood. River Street Sweets originally started out as a quality gift shop in historic Savannah, Georgia. The owners were introduced to a fudge pot at an Atlanta gift shop in 1978. Using that fudge pot they created the "World Famous Praline", a buttery pecan-rich treat. Over time more confections were added to their menu including, chocolates, glazed pecans, log rolls, sugar and spice pecans, taffy and more. River Street Sweets joined Phipps Plaza in 1999.
