Can you imagine a dinner theater that has both great shows and tremendous food? Well, the Alhambra Theater and Dining has both. Chef DeJuan Roy is the man who has made the Alhambra Theater & Dinning the 2013 Best Dining Destination in Jacksonville.

On “Gala Night” of The Color Purple show, Chef DeJuan got the opportunity to show off his culinary expertise to his Mother and Grandmother (see Slide Show in the Review). The event marked his Grandma’s birthday and a visit to the fair city of JAX, FL.

Tender and crunchy at the same time, served with smoked jalapeno ranch, goat cheese, herb oil and chopped cilantro.  The taste is scrumptious.  If you don’t cook these at home, you’ll want to order these as your appetizer
