Valentine Day cups
Make this Valentine's Day latte special by serving it in your special Valentine's Day mugs! Happy mugs make it a special occasion! .
Gather together all of your ingredients for your recipe. Pictured here is home-made organic vanilla-flavored coffee, organic coconut oil, whipped honey and cinnamon. You can add other flavors, if you'd like, such as dark chocolate or some vanilla.
Next, scoop out some organic coconut oil out of its tub. Use at least two tablespoons as a substitute for dairy products and those corn-syrup laden creamers. Even 1/4 cup is nice amount. Coconut oil has been known for its healing properties for centuries. And now modern research shows that 2 tablespoons of coconut oil a day reduces belly fat and balances out blood lipid levels. And coconut oil is good for skin care as well.

Drop the coconut oil in the warm coffee. As you can see, coconut oil and liquid doesn't mix very well! Emulsifying it in a blender makes this mixture smooth and creamy.
Honey & coconut oil
Next, put your sweetener in, if you'd like. It's not necessary, if you're not into sweeteners. Pictured here is a teaspoon of whipped wildflower honey. Honey has been known for centuries for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.
