A persons diet has a direct correlation to their level of health, or lack thereof. It is widely accepted that certain dietary practices can cause, or prevent, a range of health conditions, so individuals are more in control of their health outcomes then once realized. The human body is a marvelous specimen, but most Americans do not fuel up with foods that deliver the high quality fuel that the body needs to run optimally. Without the proper fuel, the body is unable to produce the building blocks needed for energy, maintenance, and repair of vital organs and tissues, and will ultimately fail to run in an efficient manner.
To get on the path to good health, start incorporating more of the following foods into the daily diet. If available, choose fresh, organically grown foods to limit exposure to the pesticide residue left from conventionally grown produce.
