Pomegranates have been growing in popularity lately, and there's good reason. This super food has been shown to lower cholesterol levels, fight cancer, and help with heart health. It can reduce inflammation and help lower blood pressure as well. Other studies have shown pomegranate juice to have antibacterial and antimicrobial properties.
