With the Super Bowl just around the corner, everyone is starting to prepare for the perfect party to get into the competitive spirit and cheer on their favorite teams. Rounding up your friends for the party, picking up booze, and decorating your living room with your team's color is a walk in the park! But figuring out the perfect game day dishes can be your biggest challenge. This list will provide you with a few ideas to get your party rolling, and won't break your bank.

Finger snacks make the ultimate party foods. They don't require utensils or plates, are fun to eat, and are easy to clean! Everyone loves a good grilled cheese. They're simple, the ingredients are inexpensive, and you can whip them up without taking too much effort or time. It's up to you if you want to make them the traditional way, or even spice them up with other ingredients such as ham, turkey, bacon, etc. These bite-sized sandwiches are also great for  dipping. You can compliment them with a home-made dip or a side of condiments.

Sometimes the best party foods are the simplest ones. And on game day, you don't want to overwhelm yourself with preparing anything too complicated for dessert. Cookies are great because they make the perfect grab-and-go dessert. You can even get festive and decorate them with your teams colors or go with the theme. Whether you pick them up from your favorite bakery or decide to bake them yourself, when it comes to the Super Bowl party you will be glad you went for the mess-free dessert!

The preparing might take some effort, but once you get all your ingredients into the pot, you just crank up the dial, and let the magic happen! For meatball sliders, you can prepare everything the night before and cook the meatballs on the day of the party. All you'll need to do is lay out some slider buns and let your guest build their own mini-burgers. The crockpot will keep the meatballs warm throughout the day, and the only problem you'll have with this dish is how fast it will run out!

Get all the difficult preparing and work out of the way ahead of time so when it comes to party day, you can just pop it in the oven.

For such a simple and inexpensive dish, you can easily feed everyone at your party without breaking a sweat or putting a dent in your wallet. Once you have a few dozen potatoes in the oven, you just need to set up a spread of toppings ranging from cheese, sour cream, bacon bites, etc. Your guest will enjoy customizing their own baked potatoes and you won't have to worry about cooking!

Cooking a large pot of chili is a great way to feed a lot of guest without putting in a lot of work. Most chili recipes are quite simple to make. The hard part is in the preparation, but once you have all your ingredients sliced and diced, the rest is just slow cooking the ingredients for a few hours and jumping in from time to time for a quick stir. Leave out some chips or bread, and let your guest help themselves to as many servings as they like.
