Sunday is living up to its name today! Expect nothing but gorgeous sunshine from start to finish. Even with all of the heating from the sun, highs will only make it into the middle and upper 60s making it feel like a typical fall afternoon.
As we head into the evening hours, clear skies and calm winds will help the temperature drop in a hurry. We will start in the middle 60s around 7 p.m. and be in the lower 50s by midnight. Take your jacket with you outside this evening! Lows tonight will dip into the middle 40s with outlying areas possibly getting all the way down to 39 or 40 degrees!
You will want the sweater and shades when you head out the door early on Monday morning. Temperatures by lunchtime will reach the lower 60s and we will top out near or just shy of the 70 degree mark by late afternoon. Monday will feature beautiful blue skies once again.
The sunny streak of weather is going to last for nearly the next seven days! A very weak disturbance may bring an isolated shower or two on Wednesday, but most locations will stay dry. The next significant weather system in our future appears to be lining for next weekend. A strong area of low pressure will pull a surge of warm air into the Ohio Valley warming temperatures into the 80s. A cold front could bring thunderstorms by Saturday night into next Sunday. Stay tuned for updates on the forecast!
The full 7-day is in the slideshow/list!
