Using the petals of Busy Lizzies (Impatiens Walleriana) and petals of Cloves (Dianthus), mixed with arugula and spinach, pine nuts and cherry tomatoes, Clouds took our palate on an adventure with their scrumptious Rainbow Salad! This salad can be had with a variety of dressings ranging from simple - olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper - to the very complex.
Then, open up your appetite with Raspberry Blackberry Jam. In this quarter's magazine, Summer 2014, various types of berries and succulent fruits are featured in jams and desserts. Our favorite is the brownie, ricotta and strawberry trifle in a jar!
