The 2014 SnowSports Industries America (SIA) Snow Show in Denver was followed by an On-Snow Demo at Colorado's Copper Mountain Resort. Held Jan. 30- Feb. 4, the industry gatherings gave retailers a chance to sample the goods to be sold in the fall for the 2014-15 ski season.

For gear such as skis, boots, helmets and other accessories, each new season brings new technology. The more than 1,000 brands represented at the show ranged from huge corporations such as K2 to small startup gear-makers and boutique ski companies.

See the accompanying photos for details about ten top ski-gear products on display at the trade show.
