Music Midtown 2013 is in full swing and while the music festival opened on Friday with acts like Jane's Addiction and Journey headlining the bill, Saturday promises to be as good, if not better, as Friday proved to be.
Music Midtown is bigger and better than it has been since it returned to Atlanta three years ago. Wanting to grow the event from last year, the organizers created a third stage. More than 90,000 people are expected to go to Music Midtown 2013 to take advantage of the music, the food, and Piedmont Park.
If you decide to go, take two things: 1) MARTA - Traffic was snarled up Friday night and will not get better Saturday 2) An umbrella - The weather forecast suggests it's going to rain. No guarantees but better to be safe and dry than soaked.
