One of the best quick meals for these lazy days is a large salad, nice and cooling as well as healthful, accompanied by simple pasta with a sauce full of fresh vegetables. It's a twist on classic primavera, modified to include autumn's bounty.
It's oh, so good. And, it's adaptable to many tastes. You can add a simple marinara sauce, made from scratch if you're a purist; or go with store bought alfredo or vodka sauce. It's actually so good you don't even need a sauce.
Top with a little fresh grated cheese; pop a bake and serve bread in the oven or buy some crispy breadsticks. Add a favorite beverage. Ring the dinner bell!
