Being a vegetarian is a diet of choice. If properly managed, you can live a long healthy life without meat. I am sure many thought while clicking on this post that they would find reasons NOT to become a vegetarian, but that is far from the case. Becoming a vegetarian can actually increase your health, if done properly.
