September is approaching and for those who own Animal Crossing: New Leaf, we know owners are still hooked. How could they not be? The game offers plenty to do all the time and there is always something new and exciting to look forward to.

  • September 2: Labor Day - There will be no work for the mayor to do on Labor Day. So, take advantage of this day off and Isabelle will greet you in the plaza to plan a picnic and day in the sun.
  • September 21: Bug-Off - Animal Crossing: New Leaf will be celebrating their fourth Bug-Off competition since the game's release in June. As always, meet Nat in the plaza with the best catches to take home the trophy!
  • September 19: Autumn Moon - This event happens on the night that the "full moon that occurs closest to the Autumnal Equinox", shares Animal Crossing Wikia. Villagers will be out enjoying the view and gazing at the moon's reflection in the river water.
