If all you know about Scotland is that it's the home of haggis and bagpipes, you might be amazed at the rich diversity of the country's cuisine and its offerings for tourists. Mike Cantlay, chairman of Visit Scotland, highlighted Scotland's diversity and its welcoming atmosphere toward Americans during the ScotLAND of Food and Drink dinner at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival recently.

Those in attendance quickly learned that Scottish cuisine is hearty and delicious and that whiskey is a great accompaniment. They were also treated to entertainment like bagpipes, singing, and dancing to add an additional ethic flair.
