Another Comic-Con has come to a close. The 2014 San Diego covered every movie news outlet this past weekend, and with so many studios being featured at the event, it was no surprise. While this year may not have been as monumental as last year's event, that is not to say there were not plenty of major stories coming out of San Diego. From the world of horror to the next superhero flick, Comic-Con had plenty to give moviegoers. With so many stories, it was hard to pick which one were the major highlights to the event. However, after major consideration, ten stories were consider to be the must know from Comic-Con. What are they? The only way to find out is by heading below.

10. The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies Reveals Poster
It is safe to say that moviegoers will be looking forward to final film in The Hobbit Trilogy. Though many had to wait til Saturday to get content for the film, that did not stop Warner Bros from featuring content like the first poster to The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies. By Wednesday, fans got a chance to see the first poster to upcoming film, and it certainly made a statement. The poster features Bard the Bowman (Luke Evans) going face to face with a angry looking Smaug (Benedict Cumberbatch). Needless to say, it was perfect tease for what is to come this Holiday season; not to mention what was to come during Comic-Con. Oh. One more thing: the teaser trailer is now online.
9. Mad Max makes come back during Fury Road Presentation
In 2015, the movie world is going to get mad. While The Hobbit took up a lot of time at Warner Bros. Panel Saturday, that did not stop the likes of Mad Max: Fury Road from getting featured. Fans of the sci-fi action franchise were able to get an inside look at the film as the series' creator, George Miller, took center stage on to talk about Fury Road. Not only did George Miller give the audience some good insight on the film, but also featured was Fury Road's first trailer (which you can see online). It may not have been the most anticipated film at Comic-Con, but Mad Max: Fury Road certainly made an impression.
8. Godzilla 2 to feature Iconic Kaijus
If you thought there was no chance of hearing anything about the upcoming Godzilla sequel, guess again. Though the movie will not be released until 2017, that did not stop director Gareth Edwards from sharing some information on the next film to feature the king of monsters. During Legendary's Panel, a teaser for the next Godzilla played and gave the audience vital information. It turns out that Godzilla 2 will feature Rodan, Mothra and Ghidora. This news alone will certainly have Kaiju fans jumping for joy. Despite that there is plenty of time between and 2017, lets hope that these three monsters will make Godzilla 2 worth the wait.
7. Ant-Man reveals character details and looses an actor
There was some major news for the upcoming Ant-Man film. During Marvel Studios panel, the roles of Evangeline Lilly and Corey Stoll were revealed. It turns out that Evangeline Lilly will play Hank Pym's daughter, Hope Van Dyne, while Corey Stoll will play the antagonist of the film, Darren Cross; who will become the cinematic version of Yellowjacket. Marvel fans were no doubt pleased to get these answers for the 2015; however this news came with a unfortunate update. During the weekend festivities, it was revealed that actor Patrick Wilson would no longer be involved with the film. Wilson's departure came due to conflicts in his schedule. Be that as it may, this latest update is still a major set back for the film. So while Ant-Man received some more bad news over the weekend, there was also some good news to balance things out.
6. Amazing Spider-Man 3 pushed to 2018/Sinister Six heads to 2016
Comic-Con also featured the latest update on the Spider-Man franchise. It seems that there have been some changes from Sony Pictures in the case of Wall Crawler's future. It turns that the next film, The Amazing Spider-Man 3, has been pushed back to 2018. While this may look like a set back, it was also revealed that the spin-off, Sinister Six, would be heading to theaters on November 11, 2016. This news shows fans of the series that Spider-Man does indeed have a future in the movie world. However the series just needed to change some things around.
5. WB reveals new image of Ben Affleck as Batman
The movie may be less then two years away, but Batman v.Superman: Dawn of Justice had plenty to offer as this year's Comic-Con. The attendees of the con were able to get a close look at the cape and cowl that Batman will dawning in the upcoming film. Not only was the cape and cowl on the con floor, but also revealed during the weekend was a new image of Ben Affleck as Batman. The image is just a close up of the Caped Crusader, but it features a ton of detail and the right mood for the film. All in all, it another tease for Batman v.Superman.
4. Guardians of the Galaxy 2 annouced
Guardians of the Galaxy may be hitting theaters this week, but it seems Marvel Studios is content to reveal that there is a future for this intergalactic team. At the end of the studio's panel, director James Gunn and actor Chris Pratt announced that there will a Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Not much was revealed on the sequel. Only that James Gunn will return to direct as well as write the script. It seems that Marvel has a lot confidence in this team being a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Though it is hard to say anything at this time due that the first Guardians film still needs to hit theaters.
3. Wonder Woman revealed for Batman v.Superman
If there is one thing fans have wanted to see for Batman v.Superman, it would be Amazon herself: Wonder Woman. The iconic hero was revealed to be a apart of the upcoming blockbuster and Gal Gadot would be playing the role. At long last, director Zach Snyder revealed at WB's panel the first image of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. Not only does this image show that Wonder Woman will be in Dawn of Justice, but moviegoers are officially getting their first look at a cinematic Wonder Woman. What else is there to say?
2. Avengers: Age of Ultron Panel
While fans got to see the likes of Ant-Man during Marvel Studios panel, what would truly steal the show was none other then the anticipated Avengers: Age of Ultron. The segement for the upcoming film featured over 12 people; 11 being stars to the film. Fans were treated to a great interaction with the cast, but the fun did not stop there. Also featured during the panel was the first footage for this super powered sequel. The footage for Age of Ultron was said to be as entertaining as it was intense. Not only that but the footage had plenty of reveals, with one in particular leading to the entrance of Thanos himself: Josh Brolin; who just so happened to be dawning the Infinity Gauntlet. The whole Comic-Con experience of Avengers: Age of Ultron was enough to get anyone excited for May 1,2015.
1. Teaser to Batman v.Superman: Dawn of Justice
While the image of Wonder Woman was a major reveal, Batman v.Superman's time during the panel had something else to offer as Warner Bros revealed an exclusive teaser for the film. The preview featured Batman, fully armored, on a Gotham rooftop. When the Dark Knight turns on the Bat Signal, who should be hovering in the sky then Superman; leading to the two heroes staring each other down. Sure this content could not be seen outside the panel, but the description alone is enough to give any fan goosebumps. With an epic like atmosphere to this teaser, it is quite possible that comic book fans and moviegoers are in for a treat come 2016.
