Against Belmont, the Racers led by as many as 10 points. And with 3:10 to play in regulation they led by seven. But Belmont rallied to tie the game 62-62 and send it into overtime.

Stacy Wilson led Murray State with 23 points. All American point guard Isaiah Canaan had 22 points and 10 assists.
