Sally Melville - knitwear designer

Sally is a knitting designer, teacher and author. She has been designing her patterns since she was young. Her first book “Styles” 1998 came about when her daughter asked her to make a sweater for her boyfriend. Sally made it from leftovers in her stash, making it the centerpiece for the book. “The Knitting Experience Book 1: The Knit Stitch” came about as the result of her, “desire to teach the world to knit.”
