Intro: Ask the Realtor is a regular column that I write each Tuesday with the hopes that I, with the help of Boise Realtor and associate broker, Jace Stolfo, can answer the most pressing questions to ask when buying a house. Jace's advice has really been centered around home buying 101, although in later columns, I'm sure I'll ask him to tackle some of the more advanced home buying questions that people are bound to ask.
