Finding summer shades to perfectly compliment your everyday wear, is no easy feat, yet, stars always make it look so easy. You may catch renowned designer Michael Kors donning simple dark shades with his signature all black suit and leather loafers, or Tom Cruise in his classic aviator shades with a "Top Gun" leather jacket. We can't leave out the infamous Floyd Mayweather who is always fitted in his lightly tinted caravan-shaped shades, that exude as much moxie as his personality. Whatever the case, shades are becoming a more permanent staple in men's fashion, and MOSCOT now assists in conjuring distinct everyday looks, with its new line of summer shade wear.
All lovers of eye wear have the opportunity to choose from an array of selections such as the solid, yet bold option of the Ellis, perfect for when you want to look relaxed and comfortable. Then there is the Governor, which has a slight oval shape that comes in chameleon, sapphire and pumpkin, leopard, and can perfectly spruce up a classic look. Another great lense is the Yukel, which exudes a smart, yet chic look and mirrors the ray-ban type, with its heavy top.
Many of these looks have derived from celebrated archives of the 1930's to 1970's. A number of eyewear retains the authenticity from original frames with classic lenses, hardware and colors, to give you a durable, yet distinct look that is hard to come by in today's society where products are often watered down, and not built to withstand years of fashion.
MOSCOT's rich history began with family patriarch Hyman Moscot who journeyed from Eastern Europe in 1899 and immediately began selling ready-made eyeglasses on a car in the Lower East Side. By 1915 he opened his first retail shop, and from there it became a recognized global brand, which now has nearly 100 years worth of craftsmanship.
