The 2013 Progressive Insurance Tampa Boat Show, Tampa's only in-water boat show, is ready to set sail this weekend Friday, Sept. 6 through Sunday, Sept. 8 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 South Franklin St. in downtown Tampa, Fla.
The boat show will showcase the marine industry’s newest boats and accessories and provide aquatic attractions for all ages. Visitors can view, board and enjoy one-of-a-kind deals on hundreds of boats from the region’s top dealers and shop marine accessories and electronics.
The three-day boating extravaganza will take fun to new depths with interactive features for families and boaters of all experience levels. Some highlights include Johnathan Hillstrand from Discovery Network’s "Deadliest Catch", discover the world of diving in a 15,000 gallon heated pool, learn to scuba, boating courses, DIY Seminars & Interactive Learning Center are just a few of many more interesting events planned.
Hours are Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Tickets are $12 for 16 years of age and older, 15 years of age and under admission is free when accompanied by an adult.
