This past weekend at Magic: The Gathering Pro Tour Magic 2015 Pierre Mondon ran a Jund Planeswalkers deck in the top 8 Standard portion of the event. Featuring a plethora of removal spells, this deck aims to stick out one or more of its many planeswalkers onto the battlefield and ride them out to victory.

If you're looking for a fun deck to take to your next Friday Night Magic before rotation, this list is certainly worth a spin. Check it out for yourself:

The deck isn't called Jund Planeswalkers for nothing. All three planeswalkers in the deck can help generate an overwhelming about of card advantage and board presence.

The deck's mana creatures can enable early planeswalkers, providing a massive boost in tempo if they survive long enough.

All star removal, sweepers, and just versatile spells in general make a critical part of the deck which allows Jund Planeswalkers to deal with just about anything that comes its way.

This mana hungry deck runs a whopping nine temples, eight shocklands, and four painlands. Out of the 23 total lands only 11 are green producing sources that have the potential to enter the battlefield untapped in order to cast a first turn mana elf.
