The new ‘Rio 2’ movie is ready to hit the theaters this month and Popsicle was on hand to help celebrate in New York. Celebrities and their children were invited to taste the new “Popsicle Rainbow Rio 2” pops during a VIP screening after-party, hosted by Popsicle and FOX movies at the Le Parker Meridien in New York on March 30.
Singer Alicia Keys with son Egypt and "Today" show anchor, Natalie Morales, along with many other celebrities’ children were thrilled with the new flavor at the event.
The Brazilian Samba-style party later turned into a splash of fun at the pool in the hotel.
The new Popsicle Rainbow Rio 2 – great varieties of flavors such as Sky Blue Raspberry, Sun Burst Lemonade, Wild Strawberry and Watermelon Wonder – can be found at local grocery stores now.
Popsicle pops are available in various sizes at grocery stores nationwide for a suggested retail price of $3.99. The new Popsicle® varieties will also be available in 18-count or 20-count boxes for $3.99 at grocery stores beginning this April.
