Polk County Ga. felony arrest report dated Feb. 28, 2013

David Renardo Cummings, 36, of a College Drive address in Cedartown was arrested Thursday by Cedartown Police Officer Chris Zuker and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of a drug related object, driving on a suspended license, giving false name or date of birth, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, felony possession of marijuana, possession of firearms by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and failure to stop for a stop sign. Cummings remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/15/2011)Steven Lance Cox, 28, of Sugar Valley is currently being housed at the Polk County Jail for the United States Marshal Service. Cox was arrested on original charges of sale and distribution of synthetic narcotics. Cox was arrested in May of 2012 by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony trafficking in methamphetamineBryan O’Neal Allred, 25, of a Lowery Road address in Rockmart was arrested Thursday by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Deaton on a warrant for two counts of child molestation; aggravated child molestation, sodomy: aggravated sodomy, first degree cruelty to children and enticing a child for indecent purposes. Allred remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.View the list »

  • Jessica Nicole Givens, 28, of a College Drive address in Cedartown was arrested Thursday by Cedartown Police Officer Chris Zuker and charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a drug related object. Givens remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
  • Julio Rene Palencia-Torres, 42, of a Shade Tree Lane address in Rome is currently being housed at the Polk County Jail for the United States Marshal Service. Palencio-Torres was arrested on original charges of counterfeiting. Palencia-Torres was arrested in 2012 for possession of fraudulent and forged documents of identification and distributing a false birth certificate.
  • Rhonda Lynn Stephens, 49, of a Bruce Street address in Tallapoosa was arrested Thursday by Polk County Deputy Deaton on warrants charging her with felony possession of pseudoephedrine with intent, felony conspiracy to manufacture meth and felony conspiracy to trafficking meth. Stephens was released on 3/1 on three bonds totaling $3,100.
  • Nicholas Wright, 18, of Rockmart was arrested Thursday by Polk County Police Officer Williams and charged with felony aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA), criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA), felony terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Wright remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
  • William Ledarnold Woodall, 43, of a McKibben Street address in Cedartown was arrested Thursday by Polk County Police Officer Drain on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support and a felony warrant for violating the terms of his probation. Woodall remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
