Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Kevin Dewayne Highfield
Kevin Dewayne Highfield, 33, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant out of Floyd County for felony probation violation. Highfield remains in custody at the Floyd County jail at the time of this publication. See also (11/19/2011)
Adam Brent Jackson
Adam Brent Jackson, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). Jackson was released on 3/24 after posting a $1,620 property bond. See also (3/26/2012)
Steven McElroy, 48, of Centre, AL was arrested for failure to stop at a stop sign. McElroy was released on 3/24 after paying a $75 cash bond.
Peggy Molock Ward
Peggy Molock Ward, 64, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and failure to maintain lane.
Wesley Eugene Yarbrough
Wesley Eugene Yarbrough, 61, of Chickamauga was arrested and charged with operation of a commercial vehicle without a valid license and using use of a multi-lane highway by commercial truck. Yarbrough was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,560.
