Chad William Arnold
Chad William Arnold, 23, of Eatonton was arrested and charged with target practicing in an unauthorized wildlife management area, discharging a firearm across from public road and being under the influence on a wildlife management area (in possession of a green leafy substance-possible marijuana).
Arnold was released on 3/24 after posting three property bonds totaling $2,886.
Jeana Lynn Carnes
Jeana Lynn Carnes, 38, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA).
Carnes remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,100 property bond has been set. Michael Jacob Endsley
Michael Jacob Endsley, 19, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court.
Endsley was released the same day after posting a $290 cash bond.
Raetosha Shentell Jackson
Raetosha Shentell Jackson, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with second degree criminal damage to property and a warrant for probation violation.

Vickie Elaine Morris
Vickie Elaine Morris, 50, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA).
