Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday March 20, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Frank Crawford-Scott III, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with second degree criminal damage to property under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act. Scott remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $3,600 have been set.

Amanda Lea Gossett, 32, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, suspended tag and no insurance. Gossett was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $4,250.

Kaleb Wayne Helm, 26, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with theft by taking. Helm remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set.

Jeffery Edward Hodges, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with three counts possession of cocaine, three counts possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, two counts sale of cocaine and use of telephone to facilitate a drug transaction. Andy Longino, 28, of Cedartown was arrested on 3/22 and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Longino was released on after posting a $2,100 property bond.

Jeffery Douglas Lovingood, 52, of Rockmart was arrested and charged  with theft by receiving. Lovingood remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. See also (4/10/2013)

Prestina H Moore, 59, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Moore was released the same day after paying $284.66 cash

Nujua Lajuan Philpot, 28, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, obstruction and giving false information. Philpot remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Nicholas Fain Proctor, 22, of Rockmart is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court date. Proctor remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Luis Alberto Ramirez, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license, too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, tire violation and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Anthony Lamont Ross, 29, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with driving without a license, no insurance, obstruction, expired tag/decal, tag lights required, open container, remove or affixing plate to conceal vehicle identification and operating a vehicle with improper plate. Stevie Chanel Shanks, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with habitual violator and loud radio audible within 100 feet. Shanks was released on 3/22 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,100.

Jairo Ramirez Tomas, 24, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to obey stop sign. Tomas was released the sam eday after posting two property bonds totaling $2,680.

James Franklin Wilson, 58, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/15/2011)
