Donna Adele Carter, 50, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI by refusal, driving while license expired and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Carter was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $5,620.

Ruben Leron Washington

Ruben Leron Washington, 48, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding. Washington was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,840.
