They say that absence makes the heart grow fonder. Coming out of a relationship, some may say that is not true. A split up after ten years, a move out of state, the feelings may still be there, but it just isn’t the same.
It began with long walks on the beach, romantic dinners under the stars and of course, and the sex. Hot sex.
It evolved in to meet the family gatherings, holidays, birthdays and of course, the sex. Occasional sex.
Then it became staying home, watching movies on DVD, and making popcorn in the microwave and sex if the movie and the popcorn put you in the mood.
Finally it becomes pizza and American Idol, who is going to let the dog out to tinkle and rare sex.
The goals in life differ among lovers and strangers. She didn’t like anchovies on her pizza and I do. That’s a deal breaker.
Hello my beloved anchovy.
There are 144 species of anchovy found in the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific oceans, but the only species I love are the rolled ones in the tin can swimming in olive oil and a caper in the middle.
Anchovies have a strong taste…an acquired taste, but they are useful in many recipes that bring out a subtle briny flavor.
Someday, I’ll find a girl who loves sex and anchovies.
Check out the list for some exciting anchovy recipes.
Happy hunting everybody.
