Nike Basketball reveals collection of Easter 2013 sneakers

Nike Basketball on Tuesday revealed their 2013 collection of sneakers for the Easter Sunday holiday. Taking their cues from the candy-like look of Easter eggs, this year's collection features a much more bolder trio of kicks in comparison to 2012's debut offering. Like last year, the featured kicks of the Easter collection will be the signature shoes of Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and Kevin Durant.

  • The LeBron 10 Low will be the first release of the low-cut LeBron 10 and it will have a mint color scheme that matches the wrappers of chocolate Easter eggs.
  • The Nike Zoom KD V takes its inspiration from M&Ms (minus the branding) and uses a splatter design on the swoosh to give a more playful appearance.
  • The Nike Kobe 8 System "Easter" shows just how deep Nike can go with the Engineered Mesh upper, producing a tie-dye look that would not look out of place at an arts and crafts display.

All three sneakers will be available on March 29 at select Nike accounts. Stay tuned here for more updates and locations as they become available.
