This week’s slate of Netflix Streaming releases kicks off today with the controversial 2006 documentary “Jesus Camp”, which follows three children at the Kids On Fire School of Ministry. Chilling and thought-provoking, “Jesus Camp” is highly recommended. However, it is not the highlight of this week.
On February 24th, the final season of the acclaimed AMC drama “Breaking Bad,” one of the finest American television dramas ever made, comes to Netflix, giving subscribers the opportunity to watch the entire show from the beginning or rewatch the saga one more time. The program has one the Best Drama Emmy, and the top-notch cast led by Bryan Cranston has received numerous awards as well. If you missed out on this classic show, you can start binge-watching from the beginning on Monday.
Other acclaimed works are coming to Netflix this week, including season 1 of the lauded French drama “The Returned,” as well as the winner of last year’s Cannes Film Festival, “Blue is the Warmest Color.” Fans of Tyler Perry are in luck, as his recent film "Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confession of a Marriage Counselor" will debut on the 24th, the same day as "Breaking Bad."
