June is National Frozen Yogurt Month. Yogurt is a cultured dairy product produced by bacterial fermentation. Yogurt, health wise, has calcium, protein, vitamin B6 and B12, and riboflavin. The active cultures and probiotics help to relieve the digestive system; prevent osteoporosis; and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

According to Livestrong.com, “frozen yogurt is an excellent, low-fat replacement for ice cream.” Frozen yogurt is a frozen dessert made from yogurt as well as other dairy products. It is slightly tart than ice cream. But it has less fat, calories, and cholesterol than ice cream. So treat yourself well this summer with frozen yogurt at sweetFrog.

Once you have chosen the flavor, add one or many toppings to make it more satisfying. You can add syrup or fudge to have more flavor. Then take it to the counter to weigh and pay.

The examiner wanted something with chocolate and nuts. Rather than get a candy bar, she thought it better to have a coconut frozen yogurt topped with dark chocolate shavings and slivered almonds. To finish it, she added a drop of chocolate fudge.

The examiner wanted to add some nutritional balance. So she used coconut frozen yogurt, topped it with whole pecans, dark chocolate shavings, and strawberries. The dessert is delicious and without any guilt.

For a much healthier snack, use sorbet which has no fat and is dairy free. Both vegans and lactose-intolerant customers will be satisfied. The examiner used raspberry pomegranate sorbet and topped it with strawberries. You get a sweet delicious treat with antioxidants.

This is for chocolate lovers only. The examiner used cable car chocolate frozen yogurt and topped it with dark chocolate shavings, white chocolate chips, mini Oreo cookies, and Recess pieces. A chocolate brownie bite is placed atop and is sprinkled with chocolate syrup.
