The holiday season is primarily about being with your family, your friends, and your community. However, exchanging gifts are a big part of the season as well. Introducing Little Free Radical, Teddy’s T’s, and the 2014 ADAPT calendar. PWD and mom Crystal Evans-Pradhan turned her DIY and sewing skills into a business selling handmade cloth toys, nursery decors, and party favors, among other things. Teddy Fitzmaurice, owner of Teddy Ts- a social justice t-shirt and button company, thrives and succeeds a person with Down syndrome. He decides on designs and helps paint parts of some of the designs as well. Lastly, the 2013 ADAPT calendar is here. ADAPT is disability rights organization that supports community based living with appropriate supports.
