It's 2013 and you've decided to embark on a new adventure. You're ready to materialize your vision by starting your business. To be honest you're a bit nervous and confused on where to start. • Look into getting a tax number. An EIN (Entity Identification Number) is the number given to your business by the IRS to identify your business. Your EIN will identify your business for tax purposes and allow you to open a business checking account.
You want to be certain that your are compliant with not only state but local laws as well. Be sure to research extensively all the requirements you must complete to start your business.
