Marlon Wayans heckles Super Bowl participants on twitter during blackout

Millions of people tuned in Sunday night to watch the underdog Baltimore Ravens take on the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII. Everyone knew what was at stake. Ravens fans knew that this was Ray Lewis’ last game and they wanted to get him a Super Bowl ring. The 49ers knew that this was newly appointed quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s time to shine. Everyone else in between knew that this Super Bowl was the first ever match-up where two brothers from opposing teams (John and Jim Harbaugh) would face each other. It was set to be the game of the century. Then, the Ravens blew out the 49ers in the first half and the second half began with another Ravens touchdown and a blackout? That’s right, half of the stadium went dark for 35 minutes and those who were still watching the game searched for something else to do besides listen to the announcers hypothesize about what happened to the lights.

Many took to twitter and those who were there found a great distraction as comedian Marlon Wayans, a member of a famous family of brothers as well, proceeded to heckle everything Super Bowl. Wayans normally takes to his twitter account to promote his new film, A Haunted House but he couldn’t let an opportunity like this pass him by.

His jokes actually began before halftime but they weren’t truly noticed until the blackout and they were not without their share of profanity and controversy but they sure did make the time fly by. He continued his tweets to the very end of the game when the 49ers made a miraculous come back only to fall short to the Baltimore Ravens in the 4th quarter. Here is a look a look a Wayans funniest joke of the night. You can also visits Wayans twitter account to view some tweets that were too racy to post here.
