The Manischewitz Company are looking for home cooks to submit their recipes for their seventh annual 2013 Manischewitz Cook-Off contest. This contest is open to home cooks who are familiar with creating delicious meals using kosher products.
Contestants may submit – according to the contest guidelines – their unique recipes no later than Feb. 4.
Four finalists will then be chosen by the judging panel and five other semi-finalists will be posted on the Manischewitz website to select the fifth finalist. From Feb. 21- 28, consumers can vote online, Facebook and Twitter, to select the fifth finalist.
On March 21, the five finalists will be invited to The Manischewitz Company's headquarters located in Newark, N.J. where they will get the chance to cook-off their recipes at the company's test kitchen.

Head judge of the event this year will be cookbook author and magazine editor, Jamie Geller.
The 2013 Manischewitz cook-off will awarded $25,000 in cash, top kitchen appliances and a trophy to winners.
