Kim Kardashian pregnancy shoot offers first fashion baby bump photos

The reveal of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's pregnancy came at the end of 2012, but there hasn't been a lot seen of the baby bump belly. A couple sneaky pics here and there have been revealed, but the unveiling of a full Kim Kardashian pregnancy photo shoot came out early on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, and show her in her glory.

Kardashian was photographed down in Miami, FL for the third issue of "Du Jour" magazine. She is seen up close and also floating in a swimming pool with more of the natural look than most are familiar seeing her. She either has very little or no makeup on at all in most of the images.

The photo shoot was done after Kardashian got pregnant, but the photos don't really show much of anything as far as a baby bump. It was early on into her pregnancy and that is confessed by "Du Jour" editor Keith Pollock.

"She was pregnant. I believe it was her first post pregnancy announcement shoot. She wasn't really showing then."

Even though she wasn't really showing, Kardashian did an interview with "Du Jour" talking about her body and how she feels her pregnancy will affect her.

"I think because I have big boobs it could make me look heavier if I don't, like, show off my waist or something, so I just have kind of learned to dress one way only," Kardashian said to "Du Jour." "Khloé can wear flowy, pretty things because she’s really tall. Kourtney is, like, really little. I’m just kind of in between, so it doesn't really work."
