Camp Ocean

New to Carnival is ‘Camp Ocean’ where kids 2 – 11 years can enjoy new ocean-themed activities. The 2-5 years old are in the “Penguin Colony” where they can enjoy musical icebergs, and ocean bingo, while learning about buoyancy. The 6-8 year olds are “Stingrays” they can design their own aquarium, make sea salt, and enjoy pirate game night. The sharks, the big fish in the ocean ages 9-11 can create giant ocean murals, play Marine Life Trivia or score big with sea-themed volleyball and soccer. “Camp Ocean is scheduled in May for sailings on the Carnival Freedom.

Seuss At Sea will be a featured kids program for the 2-5 year olds. The wonderful world of Dr Seuss comes to life featuring their favorite characters. There will be onboard character parade, inter-active story time, art & crafts activities, and breakfast with their favorite characters. It will be available in 2014 on many of Carnival’s ships.

Hasbro, the Game Show is available on many of Carnival’s ships and this May will be featured on the ‘Carnival Freedom’. Team up with family and friends and enjoy giant versions, onstage of these favorite games – Sorry, Sliders, Connect; Operation Slam Dunk; Simon Flash and many more. See how good your gaming skills are, you can even win prizes. Check out the times when you are onboard.

Club O2 are for the 15 – 17 year old where they can hang out and play sports, watch movies, listen to music from their era, play video games, join a karaoke jam session, and even go on their own teen excursions when in the beautiful ports. Club 02 is available on all Carnival ships.

Camp Carnival

Camp Carnival is like the kids favorite summer camp where specially trained counselors design activities for children in different age groups – 2 – 5; 6 – 8; 9 – 11 years. They all enjoy fun geared to their age and at meal time they have their own menu with – mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, hot dogs and more. When the sun goes down, parents can pay a fee and leave their kids to enjop “Camp Carnival Night Owls” where they get to stay up late. Parents have the bonus of time on their own to enjoy their pursuits. Camp Carnival is on all Carnival’s ships

When it is time to ‘grab a bite-to-eat there is the kids own menu with all their favorites – Mac-n-Cheese, hot dogs, spaghetti & meatballs, chicken nuggets, peanut butter & Jelly – and lots more. For dessert the sweet stuff includes banana split and chocolate brownies, and best of all these kid’s favorites are also on the main dining menu. Children menus are available on all Carnival ships.
