Kate Upton’s 2013 Sports Illustrated cover was shot in the Antarctic this year. The busty beauty nearly bares it all in frigid temps and snow. Careful Kate, don’t melt the polar caps. This is the second year in a row Upton has graced the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition cover.

The new issue marks the 50th Anniversary of the special edition of the famous sports magazine and will hit the stands on Tuesday. Upton was SI’s rookie of the year in 2011 and has graced the cover since her debut. Upton called the Antarctic one of the most beautiful places she has seen and admitted in an interview she was very sick upon returning from the shoot.
