Kansas City is home to many alumni from Northwest Missouri State University. The school has long lived by the motto of “Once a Bearcat, always a Bearcat.” That being said, many former students will be looking for a place to watch the live coverage of the final Division II football championship in the immediate future as the yearly game will be moving to Sporting Park here in Kansas City beginning next season. This year marks Northwest Missouri State’s eighth Division II football championship game appearance and the Bearcats are hoping to claim their fourth title overall this season. The game will be held this Saturday on December 21st at 11 a.m. with ESPN2 providing live television coverage. The following establishments in the Kansas City metropolitan area will be hosting watch parties organized by alumni for members of Bearcat Nation to gather at.
