IDW Publishing turns 15 and celebrates at WonderCon Anaheim this weekend

IDW Publishing is celebrating their 15 years of publishing in 2014 and the party is coming to WonderCon Anaheim 2014 this weekend. The weekend is highlighted by big panels, big signings, incredible exclusives, and what IDW promises to be big surprises. Joining IDW all weekend long as their Guest of Honor is "Locke & Key" co-creator, Gabriel Rodriguez who will appear on panels, and signing at the IDW Booth #309. Rodriguez will discuss his upcoming project, "Little Nemo in Slumberland," with writer Eric Shanower.

With WonderCon kicking off today, the IDW big announcements begin as well.

First at the IDW & Hasbro:Transformers, G.I. JOE & More! Panel 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm in Room 213. Featuring Editor & Writer John Barber and Editor Carlos Guzman, along with Flint Dille and Mairghread Scott for a sneak peek behind all of IDW's Hasbro titles: "Transformers," "G.I. JOE," "My Little Pony." "Littlest Pet Shop." There will be prizes to go with the announcements and just for showing up, you have a chance to win a "My Little Pony" variant that is limited to only 12 copies.

IDW Publishing: Hidden Treasures Panel begins today at 5:30 pm in Room 213. IDW's VP of Marketing, Dirk Wood and to discuss some of IDW's more interesting programs and undiscovered gems along with their stable of incredibly hot creators. Featuring David Wohl's Darby Pop imprint, the writer of the hit digital "America's Army" comics and more, come down and witness Wood pull back the curtain on IDW's most exciting new projects for 2014 and beyond.

The entire scope of IDW's publishing plans will come out on Saturday from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm in Room 213. IDW Publishing: The Greatest Panel in the Known Universe is the panel to hear the latest from Chief Creative Officer and Editor-in-Chief Chris Ryall, Senior Editor Scott Dunbier and VP of Marketing Dirk Wood, with Gabriel Rodriguez, Eric Shanower, Brian Lynch, Sarah Gaydos, Mike Johnson, and Tom Waltz for announcements,prizes, Q&A, semi-professional wrestling, and more.

One of the most popular line of books from IDW are the glamorous Artst's Edition hardcovers and only IDW makes them the best in the market place. So Saturday, Scott Dunbier will host IDW Publishing: The One & Only Original Artist's Edition Panel from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm in Room 210A. If you love comic book art this is the place to be.

The panels wrap up Sunday April 20th at the IDW Publishing: Kids Comics! Ponies, Turtles & More! Panel 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm in Room 213. Editors Sarah Gaydos and Carlos Guzman, with PR & Marketing Manager Rosalind Morehead, discuss the growing slate of all ages titles at IDW-including "My Little Pony," "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles New Animated Adventures," "Samurai Jack," "Powerpuff Girls," "Ben 10," "Ghostbusters," "Popeye," "KISS Kids," and more! Plus, free comics...and just by showing up, you have a chance to win a "My Little Pony" variant that was limited to only 12 copies!
